Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role as a Customer Support Agent: Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email, and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Spanish and English;
Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers, resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Minimum Requirements: Fluency in Spanish (C2 Level or Native);
Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
Availability to work in rotating shifts;
Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
Excellent communication skills;
Good listening and empathy skills;
Good time management skills;
Team spirit and flexibility.
