Job Description: We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Manager for one of our hotels. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service excellence and team leadership. In this role, you will: Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented spa therapists. Develop and implement creative spa menus and treatment packages. Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure the profitability of the spa. Cultivate strong relationships with guests and exceed their expectations. Stay abreast of the latest spa trends and treatments. The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa management role. Proven track record of exceeding spa revenue and profit targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and financial management abilities. Passion for the spa industry and commitment to guest satisfaction.
