Sourcing Specialist (M/F/D)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies;Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various platforms and networks;Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions;Stay updated with market trends and best recruitment practices;Manage and update the candidate database.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a shared service environment.Excellent communication and sourcing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of sourcing/recruitment management tools and systems.Fluency in Portuguese and English.If you are interested in joining our client team, please send your updated CV.
