Right now, we are looking for a Solutions Architect to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon .
Your responsibilities include:
Participating and leading the identification and collection of customer requirements. Build relationships with customers and promote the adoption and implementation of digital workplace solutions. Communicating the value proposition of use cases and the implementation of digital workplace technology. Ensure security is at the heart of the discussion. Demonstrate understanding of IT environments for different businesses and sectors Collaborate with internal stakeholders (as example: project and operations teams, sales, solutions specialist) in the pre-sales process, understanding business and sector requirements and aligning them with technological solutions, with the objective of modeling the business and adapting it to the customers needs and requirements. Preparing proposals and/or Statements Of Work (SOW). Preparing high-level project planning and identifying risks, restrictions, assumptions and dependencies. Preparing estimates of human and other resources needed to implement the solutions and incorporate this information into the Project Business Case. Presenting solutions/proposals to clients and collaborating in the process of closing the deal, with clarifications and proposal revisions. Managing relationships with partners. Continuous Active Learning. Main requirements You must have:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2-C1) . Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience (+5 years'). Experience of working in an IT service organization (preferred). Certifications in Microsoft (M365), for example: MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, MS-700. Knowledge of infrastructure implementation for environments involving Multi Domain, Multi-Tenant Infrastructure. Excellent understanding of Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS) with good knowledge of public and private Cloud. Understanding of the migration toolset - MRS, Quest, Bit Titan to drive Cloud migration strategies. Understanding of the M365 stack licensing and subscription model. Experience in at least 1-2 Tech Stacks - Intune (MDM and MAM), Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps) & Purview. Basics of connectivity, authentication and authorization, Entra ID Framework, Active Directory… Knowledge to create end-to-end solutions in Microsoft 365 (E5) security components, such as: Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, advanced e-discovery. Knowledge to create end-to-end solutions for data classification, data protection and compliance. Ability to plan and design Exchange Hybrid solutions with Office 365. Experience in Windows PowerShell for automating day-to-day administrative tasks and Office 365 configuration. Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft (MECM/SCCM/Intune). Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online. Knowledge of migration tools. Nice to have We value:
