We are looking for a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to ensure the high quality of our data.
The responsibilities of a Data Quality Analyst include establishing data quality rules, maintaining data standards, liaising with various departments to ensure data accuracy and quality, and conducting quality assurance tests.
Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, pays great attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of databases and data quality procedures.

What will you be doing? Work across teams to gather data quality requirements.
Define a data strategy including the implementation of test automation and data observability
Work closely with data producers and data consumers to ensure data quality.
Where needed, perform manual tests to ensure data pipeline operation
Work with management to prioritise data quality activities and timelines
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
Monitor and analyse data and data quality, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Report on data quality issues and present data quality metrics.
Advocate for data quality throughout the department
Upskill Data Analysts and Engineers to understand Data Quality
Who we're looking for: We'd love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Quality Analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Prior experience of evangelising Data Quality.
