Responsibilities: Design and document architectural solutions for both legacy systems and modern, microservice-based architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and efficient architectural designs. Lead discussions to simplify complex technical challenges and present them in clear, actionable ways. Review and provide guidance on system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Occasionally engage in hands-on proof-of-concepts to validate architectural choices. Promote best practices for system architecture, integration, and data flow across teams. Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring open communication and leading discussions based on facts and data. Profile sought: Experience: 5+ years in roles such as technical lead or solutions architect, with hands-on development experience. Technical Skills: Proven ability to design robust, scalable systems in complex enterprise-level environments. Experience with .NET ecosystem, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Security: Solid knowledge of information security (cryptography, identity management) and non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, disaster recovery). Documentation: Experience with Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) for documenting technical decisions. Nice to Have: Knowledge and experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager). Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and patterns (e.g., Event Sourcing, CQRS). Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
