We are seeking fluent German speakers in Porto to join our enthusiastic team of content reviewers!
Responsibilities: Analyze and filter user-submitted content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and texts.Ensure the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all relevant processes. Qualifications: Fluent in German (native level or C1 minimum) and reside in Porto.Good English skills.Available to work on-site in the city center of Porto (remote work is not possible).Flexible with working hours, including the ability to work 24/7 shifts (including weekends and night shifts, with 2 days off in a 7-day span).Great attention to detail and strong work ethics.Good communication skills and adherence to guidelines.
