Responsibilities You'll be focused on: Analyzing, testing and technically investigating all reported problems and outages. Automating tasks. Taking initiatives and ownership of problems in order to solve them. Managing, escalating, and controlling incidents with clients until closure. Participating in definition and analysis of requirements. Collaborating with internal teams. Automating infrastructure in the cloud. Configuring and providing observability for the application. Actively working in conjunction with the developer team to guide and help them. Qualifications In order to succeed, you'll need: Experience with Cloud Environments. Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Virtual Machines and Network. Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring and metric tools (Grafana, Prometheus). Experience with SQL. Experience with configuration and provision management tools. Knowledge of Linux Administration. Knowledge of Automated Deployment and GIT source control. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
