.A Snapshot of Your DayIn close liaison with the project manager, you will manage and supervise the works on site.How You'll Make an ImpactYou will work under the hierarchical dependency of the project manager responsible for the project.Basically, among other responsibilities, the focus is:Ensure that installation work is carried out as defined in the project.Support the Project Manager in delivering the programme of works, quality and technical compliance, personnel, and local relations.Develop an effective, close working relationship with the appointed contractor(s) and the internal stakeholders such as operations team to ensure that the works are delivered on time and to the highest quality.Ensure and document that the installation proceeds according to pre-defined steps.If certain tasks are not defined but necessary for the development of the works, it is your duty to expedite their definition for the continuity of the works.What You BringKnowledge and experience in AIS/GIS assembly and switchgear installation.Experience with transformer, reactors, cables installation, commissioning, earthing, building supplies, and busbar installation and commissioning activities.Knowledge of Quality and HSE concepts and tools.Customer-focused and motivated to work across different cultures in an international environment.Good written and verbal communication and leadership skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders from various professional backgrounds.IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Project.Language competencies in Portuguese and English.Flexible and willing to travel.About the TeamThis is a team with a multifaceted capacity; through close collaboration, we can extract the best from each employee, which is one of the team's greatest assets.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
