YOUR ROLE Identify category trends/key growth levers and define the category vision, together with Marketing team
Analyze shopper dynamics and define shopper marketing strategy per client
Develop assortment & shelf strategy / planograms recommendation for trade partners
Work on category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results
Guarantee innovation listing & shelf-visibility in launch momentums
Collaborate with Marketing, NRM and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotion / activation in clients
Support Field Team with Shopper / Category intel and shelf guidelines
Support Merchandising Team with layout guidelines on extra-visibility placements
YOUR SKILLS Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in Shopper Marketing / Category Management
Educational Background related to Business Administration and Economics
Fluent Portuguese and English
Analytical thinking
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to negotiate / deal with stakeholders
Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
Location: Lisbon or nearby based
