Party Chief

Leads offshore survey team on board vessels optimizing productivity & efficiency while maintaining transparent and effective communication with key project stakeholders. Responsible for monitoring progress and quality of works using survey equipment and software, ensuring timely production of survey deliverables meeting highest quality standards. Key member of vessel team with Captain, Chief Engineer & OIM to ensure project success.Responsibilities:At least 5 years of relevant experience as Surveyor, preferably in offshore industry.Familiar with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar.Practical acumen and ability to adapt to challenging and remote environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to empower and motivate team members.Fluent in English, additional language proficiencies valuable.Willing to work on board of vessel in 5 weeks on/5 weeks off rotation schedule.
