YOUR ROLE Identify category trends/key growth levers and define the category vision, together with the Marketing team.
Analyze shopper dynamics and define shopper marketing strategy per client.
Develop assortment & shelf strategy/planograms recommendation for trade partners.
Work on category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results.
Guarantee innovation listing & shelf-visibility in launch momentums.
Collaborate with Marketing, NRM, and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotion/activation in clients.
Support Field Team with Shopper/Category intel and shelf guidelines.
Support Merchandising Team with layout guidelines on extra-visibility placements.
