Proef intends to grow in its Sales team with a Shop Assistant, for Olhão.Job Description:

Active and cross-selling of the full range of NOS products/services;
After-sales service;
Configuration and support in the use of mobile and fixed equipment;
Change and advice on tariffs;
Administrative handling of shop processes;
Information and configuration of NOS services;
Requests for duplicates, top-ups and payment of invoices;
Organisation and cleaning of the shops;
Support in order management.

Profile:

High School level;
Dynamism and Proactivity;
Vocation for Customer Service and Sales;
Passion for the Technology and Telecommunications area;
Flexible working hours (Holidays and Weekends);
Speak English (preferable);
Driving licence and own car (preferable).
