Boutagy's Group Rental Sales Agent Location : Loule Full Time / Permanent Monday – Friday on a Rota (8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm) Saturday – 1 per Month 8am to 1pm Salary – €15k – €23k (Depending on commission earned) Who we are: We are a well-established Vehicle Rental Group in the UK with branches in Nottingham, Feltham, and Putney, as well as an Online Vehicle Rental Broker Site. Despite being in the Rental Business for almost 40 years, we are still looking for further growth. Our Putney site has been renting vehicles for almost 40 years, including commercial vehicles (Vans/Trucks/Tippers etc) and cars. We have expanded to 2 other sites in Feltham and Nottingham, currently running a fleet of about 700 vehicles. In addition, we run an Online Vehicle Rental Site that allows customers nationwide to rent vehicles across the country. Summary of the Role: We are looking for someone to join our small team as an Inbound Telesales Agent based in our Office in Loule. As an agent, you will have the chance to earn uncapped commission on all sales made. A previous background in Car and Van Rental would be an advantage but is not essential. You must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have at least basic computer skills. Responsibilities: Answering Phones and Web Chats Dealing with enquiries about current and potential bookings Taking bookings for Vehicle Hires Following up and chasing existing bookings Making sales to increase commission earnings Dealing with customers on the telephone and via email Assisting in other areas when needed to help the team The Ideal Candidate: As the ideal candidate, you need to: ***MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH*** (You will be working with UK clients) Have good Phone Confidence Be able to handle difficult customers and pressure calmly Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Demonstrate effective questioning and listening skills Have basic computer skills Be Flexible What we will offer you: Full Training on our bespoke Systems Support at all times 22 Days Holiday per year PLUS Bank Holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €15,000.00 - €23,000.00 per year Language: English (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
