Servicenow Technical Expert

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Providing global level 1 and/or level 2 support to users and key users; Resolving or escalating Incidents; Contributing to the Service Catalogue maintenance; Testing monthly releases and upgrades.
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or similar; Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow similar roles; Previous experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript) and ServiceNow Sys Admin; Previous experience providing user support; ITIL V4 will be valued; Moving forward, being proactive; Listening to people and hearing about their concerns; Fluency in English; Knowledge of French is a plus.
