WHAT WILL YOU DO? Provide technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow, leading the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of solutions to meet business needs.Develop and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and Jelly for process automation and systems integration.Design, configure and optimise complex workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model), ensuring data integrity and compliance with business processes.Implement and supervise the Identity Reconciliation Engine (IRE), ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the ServiceNow environment.WHAT WE WANT At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow.Previous experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, and IRE mechanism.Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Jelly.Knowledge of MS Office.Fluent in English.WHY US?
