What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information. Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism. Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes. Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers. Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
