Do you relate with the Mobile Experience? Take the opportunity to work as a Service Operations Support Specialist with a Multinational Company, market leader in Consumer Electronics.
Responsabilidades
Giving support to technical training at Technical Centers in the Mobile area;
Providing first-line support to internal customers and teams;
Monitoring system performance to ensure that all processes are working efficiently, that problems are detected and solved;
Managing occurrences or incidents, identifying their cause and ensuring continuity of operations;
Collaborating with teams from different areas to identify and implement opportunities to optimize operational processes and promote continuous improvements in services;
Produce reports on operational performance and occurrences;
Ensure that all operations comply with the Brand's internal policies and external regulations;
Implement and monitor security measures to protect corporate data and ensure the integrity of operational systems;
Keeping technical documentation up to date with regard to systems, operating procedures and problem resolutions;
Assisting with developing materials and procedural guides;
Support for quality management of Mobile products.
Requisitos
Degree or equivalent education in Informatics, Management or Economics;
At least 2 years of experience in technical support areas (Mobile, IT or Consumer Electronics);
Fluent in Portuguese and in English;
Management and administrative skills.
