YOUR ROLE We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team for an impactful project in the Healthcare area.
If you have a passion for IT service management and wish to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you!
YOUR PROFILE Must Have: Higher education; Experience in ticket management; Prior experience in IT Service Management, particularly in support; Fluency in Portuguese.
Nice to Have: Experience in Agile methodologies; IT certifications; Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
