Minimum Requirements Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs;
Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements;
Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process;
Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI;
ITIL, Power BI and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued;
Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Strong customer orientation and service quality;
Spirit of initiative and autonomy.
