Your Role & Responsibilities
Provide information to customers regarding their queries and troubleshoot issues as per defined SLAs.
Work independently and efficiently to meet SLA.
Comprehend customer requests and meet quality standards.
Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve queries.
Improve skill level through self-development or nominated training programs.
Meet quality scores, SLAs, and drive innovation and process improvement.
Work effectively in a team and motivate others towards common goals.
Consistently meet or exceed agreed productivity parameters.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements: Graduate in any stream.
Good fluency in English and Norwegian language, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support.
Experience handling complaints and delivering excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times.
Experience working and managing communications with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
Experience with SAP or similar CRM application.
