Job Description Do you have a thirst for knowledge and are fascinated by digital possibilities? We are looking for an inquisitive Visual Designer who will bring new ideas to life and enthrall our clients with unique digital experiences.
What do we expect:
You are an active multi-experienced, flexible and experienced UI specialist. You will have built up a portfolio of works to showcase this;
You can demonstrate working collaboratively to meet customer and our goals from concept to finished product;
You've worked in Agile as part of an organized and multi-disciplined delivery team;
You're able to design both short-term tests and learn prototypes and scale up to long term solutions;
Collaborating with UX colleagues, you will brainstorm concepts, freehand sketching, low-fi and high-fi rapid prototyping to shape user-centred design solutions which can be tested with customers at pace;
You create beautiful digital experiences that are accessible, intuitive, consistent and delightful. You are proud to be pixel perfect and attention to detail is part of your DNA;
Being a UI component expert, you will collaborate with other designers to create accurate responsive template mockups and work with the development team to realize designs including interactive states and motion/animation;
You've worked with a design system.
You will report to the Lead Experience.
Qualifications You are passionate about digital creation and bring with your knowledge in the areas of human-centered design, information architecture, interaction concept, and usability;
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience designing complex, digital solutions, and applications in an agency environment as UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer or Visual Designer;
Great knowledge of the UI Design principles and best practices, interaction design, and responsive design;
Experience applying User-centric Design and Inclusive design principles;
Hands-on experience building and contributing to Design Systems Libraries;
Awareness of the main UX principles (Usability, Accessibility, ...);
Experience in B2B and B2C, and e-commerce;
You master the common design and prototyping tools and you're proficient in Figma;
Experience working in development and digital design teams;
Experience with Agile methodologies;
You are experienced on the customer front and can present your concepts and suggestions with passion and structure;
Fluent in English, written and spoken;
