Principal Accountabilities Strategy Development : Craft and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with our commercial and marketing goals. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Project Management : Coordinate and execute trade marketing campaigns, including promotions, brand activations, and product launches. Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently. Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of trade marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies. Collaborate with design and production teams on promotional materials. Analysis and Reporting : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations. Client and Supplier Relations : Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and business partners. Negotiate with suppliers and distributors for optimal commercial and service conditions. Skills and Experience Required Relevant experience in a similar role as a Trade Marketing Manager or Brand Manager within FMCG industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Fluency in English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
