Senior Technician Production Support

Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.We are looking for a  Senior Technician Production Support  to work in this project in  Lisbon.Requirements:- Previous experience with Application support;- Knowledge of SQL Server /Oracle and Sybase;- Experience with ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow;- Experience with monotoring tools, such as GENEOS;- Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server;- Fluent in English.Responsibilities:-  Provide functional support for the applications;- Execution of requests from business, development and other support teams;- Prioritize, track and resolve incidents/requests using the Service Now application;- Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases;- Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date;- Batch Monitoring and troubleshooting;- Site Handover/follow the Sun;- Ad-Hoc Reporting;-Application Queries;- Automatic reporting and dashboard maintenance;- User Access issues;- Alerting based incidents / setup.We offer:- Health insurance;- A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;- Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;- Remote onboarding process;- Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;- Culture of proximity and transparency.
