Your role will be PMO for Data Initiatives to join our client team, a prominent energy company.In this role, will be pivotal in ensuring seamless alignment with the organization's Data & AI Strategy and Architecture. You will collaborate actively to accelerate and drive data projects and proof of concepts, engaging key stakeholders and team members to ensure the successful execution of data-driven initiatives.Working with other team members to achieve great performanceEnsure alignment of data initiatives with the organization's Data & AI Strategy and Architecture.Lead and facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of data projects and proof of concepts.Identify opportunities to streamline processes to accelerate project delivery.Engage key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on data initiatives.Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of data projects.Regularly review project performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.Collaborate closely with leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable data projects and initiatives.Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems.Challenging feature requirements if you think they add no value.Researching new technologies to improve effectiveness.Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives.Who will work by your sideYou will work as part of a team of a key player in the energy sector.
