What we're looking for
Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be the talent expert at Autodoc. As a Senior Recruiter for commercial functions you will be responsible for implementing and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talents.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals
Leverage market data and sourcing channels to identify, engage and assess talent for the company's hiring needs
Identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions
Leverage effective communication assessment skills to ensure talent being interviewed and hires match the competencies needed at AUTODOC
Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic fast-paced environment, preferably for commercial functions: marketing, SEO, business development, sales, etc.
Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to address recruitment obstacles and ensure smooth processes
Data-driven approach
Experience with ATS (Ideally - Workday)
Fluency in English - spoken and written; Russian or any other European language skills will be a valuable asset
