In this role you will collaborate with hiring managers, people partners and senior leaders to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans and align the recruitment process with the company's goals and culture.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to high-level job requisitions across one or more business units in a single geographical region, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs, providing strategic recruitment advice, and consulting on talent strategies. Proactively address complex recruitment challenges.Pro-actively work to continuously improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and significantly reduce time-to-fill for key roles.Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment laws, setting the standard for ethical recruitment practices across the team.Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems and proactively generate recruitment reports. Analyse reports, data and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies.Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior level positions utilizing job boards, social media, networking and other advanced search methods.Drive employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice through high-impact CRM campaigns and social media engagement.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and delivering timely feedback.Key requirements:Fluency in EnglishMin. 6 years of related Talent Acquisition experience.Specific experience of recruiting in one or more business unit or functional areas.Experience of recruiting in multiple countries in a single geographical region.Proven experience with managing large stakeholder groupsStrong communication, collaboration and innovation skillsAbility to work independentlyOur transformation will change your career.
