Your new companyOur client is an international company that is a global leader in the climatization industry, providing sustainable and innovative solutions.Your new roleLead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the DACH region; Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates; Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process; Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience; Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the DACH region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives; Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge; Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
