Your new company Our client is an international company that is a global leader in the climatization industry, providing sustainable and innovative solutions.
Your new role Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the DACH region;Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience;Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the DACH region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge;Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.A minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the DACH region.C2 proficiency in both German and English is a mandatory requirement.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.What you'll get in return You will have the privilege of working in a multinational company with a highly dynamic and international environment!
