Responsibilities Simplify complex business data by collecting quantitative and qualitative information, conducting analyses, and providing clear recommendations to support decision-making.
Collaborate in annual planning, ensuring timely consideration of market trends, customer needs, and global benchmarks, and work cross-functionally with teams to define concrete business development objectives for multi-year strategies.
Ensure accurate and timely information is available to all employees, leveraging existing data for informed decision-making and new opportunities.
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to establish specific objectives within the strategic plan.
Evaluate the organization's current capabilities and processes, pinpointing critical issues and gaps necessary for successful implementation of the organisation's initiatives.
Ideal Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of management consulting and industry experience.
Must have experience working on energy transition mandates, such as renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, etc.
Strong skills in strategic intelligence, business planning, financial valuation or modelling.
Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-lasting client relationships.
Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.
