Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer with expertise in a diverse range of technologies including PHP, Java, Symphony, Salesforce, and Mobile Application development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience in delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using PHP and Java Agile Development: Work within a scaled Agile framework (SAFe) environment to deliver iterative and incremental software releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and deliver value to customers. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Integration and Customization: Extend Salesforce functionality through custom development, integrations with third-party systems, and implementation of business logic using Apex and Visualforce. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure reliability, security, and performance. Implement automated testing where applicable to streamline the QA process. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date with changes to software systems. Tools and Platforms: Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Github, and Monday.com to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration among team members. Main requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with proficiency in PHP, Java, and Mobile application development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience working in a scaled Agile framework (SAFe) environment and using Agile project management tools like JIRA. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Nice to have Experince in Symfony and Salesforce Experience with mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms is a plus Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
