The Role Reporting to the Group CISO, you'll be responsible for helping manage the risks associated with Security, Privacy, and Business Continuity. You'll be working alongside our technology and operational teams, driving the continuous improvement of security and resiliency of 1GLOBAL's products and services. Also, help our business leaders to make informed, well-timed and risk-aware decisions regarding investments in Information Security, Privacy, and Business Continuity. Requirements What you will do: Manage the team responsible for evaluating operational activities, identifying gaps, providing advice and tracking compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements and continuity of 1GLOBAL's critical services. Lead the development and maintenance of global policies and standards, including the assurance and governance of policies and standards to support the ISO 27001, ISO 22301 certifications and Privacy compliance. Ensure that all policies and procedures are correctly implemented and well documented. Proactively identify vulnerabilities and weak security controls, manage the internal audits and drive improvements and compliance through the recommendation of corrective actions. Manage the Risk Management process, Cybersecurity awareness and internal/external audit activities. Manage and participate in the teams response to customer due diligence enquiries and audits. What you will bring: Previous experience in an IT Audit or IT Risk Management function. Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements across information security, privacy and business continuity. Ability to develop and maintain policies, standards and processes. Proven experience in projects related to the design and implementation of information security, privacy and business continuity solutions. Any qualifications in information security, business continuity, privacy, project/programme management a plus
