As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our esports vertical and looking for a talented Programmatic Senior Specialist to join our team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Programmatic Integration Specialist to drive our programmatic revenue growth in the esports sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising and hands-on experience with technical integrations, SSPs, and placement IDs. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that maximise revenue from programmatic ad sales across our esports platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Integration and Implementation:
Perform hands-on tasks related to various SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms) including setup, communication, and data analysis.Manage and optimise placement IDs and ad tags to ensure proper ad delivery and revenue maximization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving and integrations.Collaborate with the development and product teams to implement and test new ad technologies and formats.
Revenue Optimization:
Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to maximize revenue and yield.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Implement and test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and monetization techniques.
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute programmatic revenue strategies tailored to the esports vertical.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising and esports.
Partnership Management:
Collaborate with ad tech partners, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to enhance ad performance.Negotiate and manage relationships with programmatic buyers and partners to ensure optimal revenue outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align programmatic initiatives with overall business goals.Provide insights and recommendations to the content and editorial teams to optimize ad placements and user experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate detailed reports on programmatic performance, including revenue, fill rates, and eCPMs.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on technical integration.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
