Apply now!DO WHAT YOU LOVE:You create and maintain accurate staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service level targets are met.You factor in real-time adherence and historic data to schedules and make necessary adjustments to optimize productivity.You collaborate with call center managers and supervisors to identify and address staffing gaps and operational challenges.You conduct regular evaluations of workforce management processes and scheduling methodologies to drive continuous improvement.You maintain and update workforce management systems and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.QualificationsCOME AS YOU ARE:You have proven experience as a Workforce Management Scheduler within a call center environment for at least 2-3 years.You have strong knowledge of call center operations, industry-specific metrics and performance indicators (e.G., service level, average handle time, occupancy).You are proficient in using WFM or reporting software and tools (e.G. Genesys, Salesforce, Teleopti Calabrio, Power BI, Quicksight) to create schedules.You combine strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.You are business fluent in English; further language skillsare a plus.Additional InformationWorking at SIXT not only means creating the future of mobility but also offers personal benefits.
