Senior Sap Scm ConsultantLisboaLisboa, Lisboa, PortugalJob Description:Location: Hybrid – Portugal – Lisbon – PortoFreelanceLanguages: English (Proficiency required)Tasks:Demand Management and Forecasting: Analyze supply and demand using various methodologies such as MRP, MPS, and VMI to ensure efficient planning and forecasting.Incident Management: Provide support and resolution for level 2 and 3 incidents of a critical and/or complex nature, primarily focused on corrective maintenance.Service Requests: Handle complex or industrialized service requests, ensuring they are resolved effectively.Procedure Development: Write procedures for incidents and service requests to enable execution by level 2 teams, and lead transfer sessions to upskill these teams.Continuous Service Improvement: Contribute to reducing the backlog and enhancing service quality through ongoing process improvements.Problem Resolution: Monitor and resolve problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Enhancement Projects: Analyze business needs, design solutions, provide quotations, and implement developments according to agreed priorities while adhering to change management processes.Tools and Technologies: Work primarily with SAP/APO for Demand Planning (DP) and GATP, with potential opportunities to learn and work with other planning solutions such as OMP planning and VMI software.Requirements:Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in Demand Management, Forecasting, and SAP APO modules for Demand Planning and Global Available To Promise.Strong understanding of supply and demand analysis and assessment tools (MRP, MPS, VMI, etc.).Proven experience in incident management, including resolving complex, critical incidents and supporting service requests.Ability to write clear, actionable procedures for incident and service request management.Experience in continuous service improvement, problem monitoring, and resolution.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.1 year contract + extensionDaily rate up to 400 EUR per dayHybrid Role (Lisbon or Porto)#J-18808-Ljbffr
