The Role The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Trainer to maximize the performance and effectiveness of our Sales Team. We seek someone as passionate about people development as we are about growth and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate to diagnose skills gaps, design targeted training programs, and equip the Revenue team with behaviors, mindsets and capabilities to uplift individual excellence.
