And all with the feeling that you are part of a big family.It means knowing that you have started one of the most exciting journeys of your life, a journey in which inspiration will always accompany you.Do you dare to be the owner of your professional career in an inspiring world?What will you have to do?Detect training needs and draw up the annual training budget.Promote and coordinate the use of emelia and ensure compliance with mandatory trainings.Execute the annual training plan of the hotels and coordinate calls, documentation, organization, and other needs for their correct development.Ensure that all onboarding processes are correctly implemented (welcome emails, pre-arrival, welcome kit, E-melia training, identification of the Melia Buddy figure).Organize inductions, coordinating with teams the assistance and periodic realization of new employees.Provide the necessary training actions to ensure the training of employees and HoDs.Collect and register Learning KPIs.Together with the HR Manager, support and execute the internal talent identification process of the hotel based on the guidelines, tools, and defined campaigns.Ensure the correct implementation and execution of all the development plans of the hotels (PDP; JTP), ensuring the correct monitoring of the mentor/participant.Carry out an identification of development needs in critical groups.Execute all the tasks corresponding to the preopening phase of the hotel in the Learning & Talent Development area, following the guidelines provided by Operations and Head Office.What are we looking for?Minimum 2 years of experience in the role.High Level of Portuguese and advanced English.Knowledge of the Learning area both in digital and face-to-face environment.Knowledge of hotel operations.Planning skills, proactivity for excellence, and teamwork.Ability to implement projects.At Meliá we are all VIPGreat professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
