As a Senior   Recruiter  you'll be a key-player helping us fulfill our global growth plans.
As part of our Lisbon-based team, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the recruitment of sales-related positions and other roles across our different offices and departments.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define prerequisites for open positions.
Advertise open positions to external networks and reach out to potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
Maintain a strong online presence and engage with potential recruits through social media.
Seek referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for different positions and seniority levels.
Analyze industries and sectors to identify the most suitable candidates.
Manage the candidate experience by overseeing the entire hiring process.
Conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Meet with applicants, conduct interviews, and create candidate profiles for hiring managers.
Coordinate with HR representatives and Group HR as needed.
Develop and maintain a Candidate Pool for future role considerations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of direct experience in international recruitment for mid and senior management roles.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with international selection processes.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Active listening skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong sales and marketing skills.
Excellent interviewing skills.
