You will be a part of our Production Team, working together on deliveries for a portfolio of customers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for customer project setup, quotes, and scheduling (per defined thresholds, collaborating with Account Management for complex quotes and those requiring validation)Responsible for project execution including compliance to deadlines, standards/methodology, budget and margin optimization, quality standards, status reporting, month-end financialsResponsible for customer feedback, entry of CAPA's and completion of investigationsOwns collaboration with resource managers (RM), linguists, technical leads on resourcing and query managementCollaborates with Account Management to define new processes and to strategize on process and tool optimization for a customerParticipates in pre-sales activities as neededResponsible for margin optimization, including both internal and external costs, working with RM as needed to support these effortsEnsures linguistic material, such as TMs, glossaries, and style guides, are consistently updated and deliveredParticipates in quality audits, recognizes opportunities for improvement, and implements changes as neededRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Translation or other equivalent degree3-5 years of practical experience in project management, especially in coordinating language service projectsExperience in customer relationship management at mid- and upper management level, including difficult situations, conflicts, and complaintsStrong organizational and communication skillsFluency in French and EnglishKnowledge of commonly used CAT toolsAbility to work in virtual teams, influence decisions, and constructively support other parts of the companyHybrid work (2 days at the office in the Great Lisbon area)Health insurancePossibility to bring ideas, implement change, growth, and develop your careerInternational career in a dynamic and enthusiastic environmentFriendly and supportive colleaguesCandidates that will move to the interviewing phase will be contacted in about 2 weeks' time.Acolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
