Then become part of our global team as a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to further drive digitization at Siemens Healthineers. Your tasks and responsibilities: You are responsible for the planning and execution of global projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality. You are able to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously. You facilitate the alignment of business and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders in IT and business departments, e.G., with IT Business Analysts, internal/external implementation partners, and Function representatives. You are comfortable applying different PM methodologies (Waterfall as well as agile methodology), depending on the given scenario. You are responsible for project communication, including coordination with the respective steering board and stakeholders at senior management level. Project reporting as well as risk, resource, or change management are also part of your tasks. You ensure a service transition, documentation, and training concept. Your qualifications and experience: You have a university degree in computer science or a comparable specialization. You have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management and a minimum of 2-3 years in the management of international projects. You have proven working experience in the key areas of Project Management: Team Operations Management, Scope, Schedule, Cost Management, Quality and Resource Management, Communications, Risk, Supplier/Vendor, and Stakeholder Management. You have solid knowledge in agile project management and managing Scrum Teams. You have in-depth knowledge in the area of transformation and application migration. You have proven knowledge in IT and global rollouts. You have managed IT projects focusing on introducing or scaling SaaS Solutions with a strong Business Process and Service Orientation focus. Previous project management experience in the following process domains is an asset: Quality Management, Procurement, Real Estate, or Sustainability. Exposure to Service Now is very helpful.
