Your responsibilitiesManage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to SupportPartner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to successManage between 3-8 projects concurrently to time, budget, and qualityIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadershipInspire and motivate- functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are metYour experienceMinimum of 5+ years continuous experience as a Project Manager, or min. 8+ years for Senior role, ideally in a professional services environment for a software vendor/partnerDirect experience managing all phases of the software implementation project lifecycle for enterprise clientsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously with- team dependenciesExperience leading diverse project teams of 2-7+ people per projectExperience dealing with senior client stakeholdersExperience managing SaaS &- premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days of effortExperience successfully managing both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projectsInternational customer experience (across EMEA/US) preferredWorking knowledge of ECM (enterprise content management) and/or IP (invoice processing) solutions preferredSkills & CertificationsPassionate about technology and delivering value to customersConfident and articulate presenter to senior client personnelAble to take a consultative approach and ensure both scope and project boundaries are maintainedProblem solver who seeks the best solutions for the customer and the businessAbility to effectively communicate complex procedural concepts to stakeholdersUnderstanding of different software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, etc. ) and when to apply themAdvanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar tool) and MS Office applicationsNaturally very organized and disciplined with a high level of attention to detailExcellent command of the English language, a second or native language of German or French a plus.Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent, or relevant work experiencePMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or similar certification (required, or to be achieved within 3 months)#J-18808-Ljbffr
