.Senior Product Manager - OTT Live & On-Demand Video PlatformPortugal Based - Remote Working from PortugalIn this role at OneFootball, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our product development efforts with the consumer expectations from football fans for a best-in-class live and on-demand watch experience. Creating product-driven business impact and consumer insights by delivering value for both consumers around the world and on-platform broadcasters such as Sky Sports, DAZN, and Globo is at the core of this position.You will be the voice of our video customers inside the company, ensuring our products resonate and meet the needs of our diverse fan base. Your work will directly influence how we develop, position, and promote our products to consumers.What you'll do:VisionLead the product development efforts for our OTT (pay-per-view) video content experience inside OneFootball's ecosystem, including mobile, desktop, connected TV devices and the OneFootball (Embed) Player.Serve as the crucial link between product development teams and the customers.Lead efforts in understanding and segmenting our install base, deep-diving into their video content discovery, purchase and consumption journeys.Stay ahead of OTT and video market trends, understand optimisations and dynamics to inform strategic decisions.StrategyResearch and prioritise features in line with the overall OTT video strategy, from small-to-big-screen devices, from free to paid offerings, and from horizontal to vertical watch experiences.Align OTT strategy with the overall product vision to maximise commercial and strategic impact.Stay abreast of market competition and potential service delivery improvements to ensure market competitiveness.Work closely with (external) partners to deliver initiatives that reciprocally drive business and customer value.Develop go-to-market plans, guiding their execution and necessary adaptations.Analyse full-funnel dynamics to optimise product offerings and growth, from acquisition to retention.OTT & Video DeliveryProvide product direction for the Live and On-Demand Video squads, in alignment with OTT business leadership.Actively seek inputs from stakeholders, partners and wider business to maximise the value of feature delivery.Frame the go-to-market story narrative and build a strong relationship with our business verticals.Spearhead customer lifecycle management initiatives, focusing on enhancing discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention.Gain a deep understanding of the funnel and conversion behaviours to inform strategic marketing and product development decisions.What we're looking for:Proven impact/experience leading product teams, ideally in an OTT, video-on-demand and/or live broadcasting environment.Strong people skills - the ability to effectively engage with junior staff to C-level, both internally and externally.Deep customer curiosity and strong, active listening.Genuine product curiosity
