Be an expert in the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going. Measure success. Success measures must be defined at the inception of an experiment or hypothesis and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Define metrics and track key business and usage analytics. Manage the product roadmap in your area by focusing on the top problems to solve and keeping all stakeholders and teams aligned by defining market-focused and clear objectives. Assume accountability for the entire product life-cycle, as necessary, starting from conceptualization and extending through pricing strategies, service descriptions, maintenance procedures, and concluding with end-of-life considerations. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while enabling the company to think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders by articulating a clear product vision and strategy. Maintain an understandable, accurate roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Managers. Become fluent in DXP, Content Management, and Marketing Automation best practices. You are ready to discuss and demonstrate product details with developers, product designers, security operations, customers, and sales prospects. What you offer 8+ years' experience in Product Management with demonstrated ability to discover new opportunities and define and deliver products. At least 2 years of prior experience building SaaS products. Experience with agile software development. Strong experience with product management frameworks and best practices. Strong user and stakeholder empathy. You must be able to channel many points of view but then prioritize to execute value in an agile fashion. Ability to communicate and work closely with engineering and design teams. A strong analytical and data-informed mindset with a bias for action. You are a creative thinker who has proven to build innovative, data-driven products. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate directly and clearly, explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to make quick decisions (even unpopular ones) and justify them backed with data. You have the ability to encourage your team to build better products that deliver high customer value and drive strategic impact. A can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus. Experience in the marketing automation industry is a plus
