We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team as we enter an exciting chapter in Exclaimer's growth. We currently handle ~400 million emails a week and are growing considerably month on month. We have ambitious plans to supercharge Exclaimer's successful position, taking our strong IT utility foundations to establish a leading SaaS product beyond email signature management. This role reports to a Director of Product and is a key member of the Product & Design Team. In taking this role, you will have all the support, resources, and flexibility needed to tackle the great challenges that come with scaling a successful business. Key Responsibilities Build the product portfolio strategy that will help power Exclaimer's next phase of growth. Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, design, and go-to-market roles to continually set and execute product plans. Contribute to the Exclaimer product strategy and roadmap. Present insights, progress, and plans to Product Engineering and the wider business. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Work with data to ensure high-quality tracking and insights for a team. Lead effective product/customer discovery and research to build a rich picture of our market/customers and draw conclusions on the best problems to solve. Collaborate with Engineering, understanding the ways of working and high-level technical concepts. Deploy their own business and product knowledge to execute the best approach for a given context and problem. Leverage the skills and knowledge of others to create a strong team environment and collective capability. Manage stakeholders proactively and share in the problems to ensure progress. Lead and organize a team to energize and guide them through the product build journey. Communicate well across all levels and departments in Exclaimer.
