Your missionWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of delightful UX while providing a solid portfolio of service offerings to our customers. Finoa currently supports 10+ of the most exciting protocols out there as well as more than 180 ERC-20 tokens and we are always looking to integrate the networks with the highest potential in the industry.
As the owner of the Customer platforms you will manage the ideation, evolution and optimization of the Finoa offering. You will work with relevant stakeholders, collect customer feedback and own the customer journey in his interaction with Finoa services.
In this role, you will:Be responsible for key metrics of the Finoa services' platform (revenue, usage, quality, timeliness of delivery)Work closely with the Blockchain Integration teams to create the best Web3 UX for our institutional customer baseSupervise all Finoa customer-facing platforms involved in service provisioning (WebApps + Mobile App), expanding the portfolio of services and Finoa monetizationOwn, plan and deliver the roadmap of these platformsMonitor service levels and ensure clear communication to customers via the productCreate and maintain the knowledge base for platform and relative services so that it may be accessed and used by our engineers and our customer facing teamsWhat you need to be successful:You have 4+ years experience in Product Management, creating and shipping customer-oriented products and working with cross functional teamsYou track product performance for breakfastGood experience with Agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, and experience leading teams/squadsYou devise well thought out roadmaps to deliver maximum valueYou have experience working with Web3 and/or Fintech products and services and are knowledgeable in the different stages of their development cycleDeep knowledge of the crypto space and current local and international regulatory landscape are a strong plus but not mandatoryA proven track record with leading a team for integrations is a strong plusYou have superb English verbal and written communication skillsYou have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your teamHaving worked with products at scale is a strong plusTechnical background/expertise is a plusWhat's in it for you:Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe's leading cryptocurrency management platforms25 vacation days per year, with an additional day for each year of service - up to 30 daysAccess to cutting-edge technologies, high levels of autonomy, and international working environmentFlexible working hours, hybrid work setup from both our Berlin and Porto officesFitness (Urban Sports) and mental health (Likeminded) membershipsHot/cold drinks and snacks in the office, and All Hands meetings once a month with pizza
