That's where you come in: we're hiring a diverse set of designers of many disciplines, skills, backgrounds, and specialties to join our growing Research & Design (R&D) team. About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to primarily be working on net-new work for Wayflyer, focusing on what the future of our product could look and feel like for our customers in collaboration with other departments (PD, Research, Eng) in the next six months, and after that taking on a wider role within the organisation to continue to drive craft & design excellence. This means that you would need to be comfortable working in ambiguity, solving problems on the fly, working at significant pace and being able to be utilise exemplary UI skills whilst keeping an eye on how design scales within an organisation and across departments. You will need to be equally comfortable and passionate about translating users needs into effortless journeys as well as crafting intuitive interfaces and beautiful visualisations of data. This role would not suit a designer that is used to working on iterative features or smaller parts of an overall experience and is more suited to one that is able and passionate about working across the end to end experience. What you'll bring A portfolio of great work: You can showcase web or mobile projects where you solved complex design challenges and created user-friendly, delightful experiences. 5+ Years in Product Design: a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI). Collaborative at your core: You have a proven track record of successful collaboration with developers, product managers, and other designers.
