.Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry? We are Emma – The Sleep Company . Created in 2013, we are now the world's largest D2C sleep brand, available in over 30 countries and recommended by many consumer associations in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. We're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep and we want your help to pull it off. We're a highly ambitious, hard-working team that pushes you to produce your best work yet. We focus on how we approach problems, we chase growth, and set ambitious goals. Want your ideas to have an impact and your career to grow? Then Emma is the right place for you. About the Role This is just the right time to join Emma and our Process Excellence team - processes have never been a bigger mission in Emma. Create transparency of your processes by continuously quantifying their performance based on KPIs. Steer the process improvement initiatives with the relevant interdisciplinary teams and ensure a high quality of results. Cooperate with a broad group of stakeholders within and also outside of Operations (incl. for example Tech Product Managers, Finance, etc.) and align them towards the optimization of our processes. Build and share process knowledge, hence enabling stakeholders to adhere to the new standards. Who you are: Min. 5 years of experience in the same or a similar area (e.G. process management, continuous improvement, project management, etc.) - experience in an agile way of working is a plus! You have good know-how or a grasp of how Operations work (from planning and replenishment over production and transportation to fulfillment) You have a good understanding of system workflows and are willing to deep dive into Emma's system landscape, translating technical processes into business processes and vice versa. You are a strategist: you enjoy creating a vision and thinking long-term to bring our processes to the "next level". You are a structured thinker: you enjoy analyzing problems, can draw meaningful insights from data, and derive the right conclusions for improvements
