Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to integrate our teams into a market-leading client in the retail sector. You will have the opportunity to join a talented and experienced software engineering team responsible for the architecture and development of internal applications for one of the most important areas of the business. You will work in a Microsoft environment with .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Design Patterns, APIs among other technologies.
What you will do: Develop new features and maintenance of existing features; Develop and maintain Automated Test Cases (mostly in Cucumber, NUnit or JEST); Provide input and recommendations to the product architecture and development practices; Participate in requirements analysis, feature breakdown and estimates. What you are like: Minimum of 4 years experience with Web API REST with .NET, Core or .NET Framework, Entity Framework; Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud would be an advantage but not mandatory; Experience with Kubernetes would be an advantage but not mandatory; Knowledge of key software design patterns; Experience with test-driven/business driven/domain driven development and automated testing frameworks; Experience with Git; Strong analytical skills and desire to write clean, correct and efficient code.
