Link Medical Insight is a product that captures, reveals, and disseminates medical insights across the enterprise, enabling medical teams to refine strategy based on scientific insights.As one of our Senior Data Analysts, you will be the subject matter expert for questions regarding Link Medical Insights data structure and quality. You will ensure the data we use meets the product goal and provide data analysis for the various stakeholders. You will work closely with product management, data operations, data governance, software engineering, and quality assurance teams. With your expertise, we will ensure that our curated medical notes live up to the highest quality standards of our clients, which are the biggest pharma and life sciences companies worldwide.What You'll DoOwn the data flowing from product operations to the Link AppAssure that data quality and compliance meet our high standardsExtract data from databases (e.g., Redshift, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL)Analyze large data sets and generate insightsIdentify data gaps and quality issuesPerform root cause analysis with data-backed solutions and support the implementationSolve complicated problems by building leading-edge analytics systemsCreate customized reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersRequirementsUniversity degree in medicine or life sciences, e.g., bioinformatics, clinical informatics, pharmacist3+ years of working experience in the Healthcare/Pharma industry, with MSL working experienceAdvanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, subquery factoring)Advanced spreadsheet skills (in Excel or Google Sheets)Skilled in data reporting and visualizationExperience with large databases and complex datasetsExperience creating recurring KPI reports and dashboards for a business unit environmentExperience in complex organizational structures, reporting to senior managementComfortable working remotely in an international environmentWritten and verbal communication skills in English
