Regional Service Manager - Medical

About Our ClientOur client is a reference organization in the areas of medical technology and security.Job DescriptionCarry out monitoring and control of the Income Statements, Working Capital and Service Stock in your Area of Responsibility.Maintain contact with customers, in all aspects related to Service Classic, for all Safety segments operating in your Region.Collect, plan and maximize coverage of the demand for field work in every moment.Deploy processes and manage resources in the area of responsibility.Carry out the audit of the service provided and lead continuous improvement initiatives within your Area of Responsibility.Provide support to other Departments, coordinating at all times with the rest of Service and Sales teams.Development of the staff under their charge, guaranteeing that all staff have tools, competencies and skills necessary to carry out their work in an optimal way, prioritizing your training plan and continuous improvement.Coordinate access to client facilities and the compliance with all current regulatory requirements.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Engineering.Demonstrable experience managing Service regions at the time of applying for the position.Demonstrable experience directly managing work teams at the time of applying for the position.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; valuable knowledge of other IT tools, preferably software applications for technical services.Strong believer in team building and results-oriented.Excellent communication skills in English, able to manage effectively in a multicultural and innovative environment.What's On OfferIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly and all qualified candidates will be contacted.
